What is Science360?

Science360 is a product of the Science360 Knowledge Network. This app is sponsored by the National Science Foundation and is available free of charge (NSF). The app is a compilation of the most recent videos from scientists and universities all over the world that teach kids (and kids at heart) everything they need to know about all things scientific. The majority of the videos are also from the National Science Foundation.

You can navigate through the app with little difficulty because all of the icons that you need to tap to navigate displays on the app’s main screen. Additionally, you can store photographs and videos on your phone so that you can access them whenever you want.

The app even includes 3D imaging, allowing children to examine objects from a variety of perspectives and gain a thorough understanding of their scientific makeup. For high school students who are particularly have interest in scientific subjects, this is one of a number of excellent learning apps to choose from.

Instructions in Text Format

  • Select the Science 360 app by tapping or clicking on it.
  • There is a brief pause while the application loads.
  • There is a panoramic view available.
  • Slide your finger across the panoramic view to see different videos and/or pictures of the topic you’re interested in.
  • Photographs and video
  • To add video to your favorite file, tap the star.
  • Tap the box with the arrow to send the video to yourself or a friend.
  • If you’re interested in topics related to the current video, tap the box with three dots inside.
  • If you want to read a short informational synopsis about the video, tap the Three horizontal lines.
  • Because the videos are brief, you should experiment a little to find one that corresponds to your standard-based lesson for today.

Your child will adore this cool app, which allows him to explore images from all angles at the same time. This app best suits for children aged 12 and up, and it is available for both Android and iOS devices
