Tracking Nutrition with the App

There are two buttons on the “My Home” main tab and the “Home” subtab: “Add Exercise” and “Add Food.”

  1. Click on “Add Food”.

There’s also Snacks and Breakfast. Starting with breakfast, you would typically click the “Add Food” option and begin entering the foods and beverages consumed during the breakfast meal.

  1. Enter the dish’s name in the “Search our food database by name” search bar (see next page). Using the search bar, I can find my food if I ate 12 apples. If you know the sort of apple, such as “Gala apple,” you can search for more particular details. The database does not contain all types of food and only a few brand names.
  2. Click the search button to get a list of matching foods. For example, a search for “apple” returns “Pie- Apple” as the first result, followed by “Strudel- Apple” and “Sodexo Campus- Apple Pie”.
  3. Choose the suitable food from the list. Assuming you have been weighing your food, you can use the grams provided in the suggested serving sizes to calculate how many servings you have eaten for that meal. Half an apple is equal to 0.5 servings of 1 medium apple (150 g) for breakfast. Click on Add Food to Diary.
