For about a year now, I’ve been using this app, and I’m pleased to report that I’ve already made three withdrawals from my rebates. There were some issues with missing points and unjustified deductions, but these were quickly resolved by their extremely responsive customer service team. However, I agree with the person who made an earlier comment that you must save a screenshot of your balance as a supporting document if you want to file an issue or a complaint with the company. Also, their referral program is legitimate, and I’m looking forward to earning even more points!!! More power to you and your group! Considering the amount of cashback and ongoing promotions available, Shopback is an excellent value. If you are lucky enough, you may be able to score deals at half-price or even free merchandise. I have received a substantial amount of cashback as a result of my purchases. It is definitely worthwhile to use Shopback when you are shopping!

On one platform, find exclusive offers, vouchers, and promo codes from a variety of merchants in fashion, food, and services.
Acts as a gateway for online merchants, earning commission on each purchase and returning it to our customers as Cashback.
This results in a more informed community of online shoppers, who can save more money on their online purchases!
Additionally, it offers discount coupons, promotional codes, and comparison features for online shopping, travel booking, and food delivery. ShopBack partnered with over 100 brands in Philippnes at the moment.

It announced the acquisition of Ebates Korea in April 2020.
ShopBack suffered a data breach on 17 September 2020. Customers were notified eight days later, on 25 September 2020.
Funding
ShopBack raised over US$500,000 in its first round of seed funding. Since then, the company has experienced rapid growth. Also, it received additional investment funding of US$600,000 in March 2015.
It announced a US$25 million funding round in November 2017, led by Japanese finance and credit card company Credit Saison, with participation from Blue Sky, AppWorks, Intouch Holdings, Aetius Capital, 33 Capital, SoftBank Ventures Korea, Singtel Innov8, Qualgro, and East Ventures, bringing their total funding to US$40 million. Today, ShopBack processes an order every two seconds on average, with annualized revenue exceeding US$500 million and a user base of over 5 million in early 2018.
ShopBack announced in April 2019 that it had raised US$45 million in funding led by new investors Rakuten Capital and EV Growth, bringing the company’s total funding to US$85 million. Amit Patel, CEO of Rakuten-owned cashback service Ebates, and Willson Cuaca, Managing Partner of EV Growth and East Ventures, will join the board as a result of the investment.
ShopFest
ShopBack ShopFest is an annual event co-hosted by ShopBack and e-commerce brands. ShopFest organizes major shopping events across the APAC region during the year-end sale season.
ShopFest kicks off in September (November in Australia) and runs for four months, ending in December. It dominates the 9.9 Sales, 10.10 Sales, 11.11 Sales, Black Friday Cyber Monday Sales, and 12.12 Sales on a regional level. There’s also MyCyberSale (27 September – 3 October), 12.12 Hari Belanja Online Nasional (Harbolnas), and Click Frenzy (Australia) (12 – 13 Nov)
