Evernote is a tool for capturing notes, organizing, managing tasks, and archiving. The Evernote Corporation of Redwood City, California created it. If you want to attach files that aren’t on your desktop, click the paperclip icon in the top right corner of the note. To build a spreadsheet or presentation in Evernote, you need to use the Google Drive attachment feature.

Checklists

The cool thing about notes is that you can customize their appearance. I prefer the card view because it shows a teaser of your recent notes on the left and the whole note on the right. But definitely test them in other orientations to find your favorite arrangement. There are several methods to organize information in a note. One note can contain web page clippings, photos, and audio recordings. My favorite choice is the check-box bullet point. A virtual counterpart of ticking things off a handwritten list, it’s perfect for to-do lists.
